Seasoning salt for drying brining the turkey

Dry Brine

Rub the seasoning on the bird and brine for 1 to 3 days

Roast the Turkey

Add the remaining ingredients and roast for 15 minutes per pound. Start breast side down and flip. 

Rest

Rest the fully cooked turkey for 15 to 20 minutes before carving.
