Peel with Zeal
Beat the bananas using an electric mixer until smooth.
Add and mix the oil, egg yolks, water, vanilla, and pureed bananas to the mixer.
Combine and mix all dry ingredients and slowly add to the banana mixture.
Beat the egg whites along with the cream of tartar in a bowl.
Fold the banana and flour mixture in the egg white mixture using a spatula.
Pour batter into a pan and make sure it's evenly distributed, then bake.
