Easy Gluten-Free Banana Cake

Incredibly light and airy banana cake. Free of gluten and dairy, but not flavor. It even tastes good a couple of days later if you happen to be lucky enough to have any left!

Beat

Beat the bananas using an electric mixer until smooth.

Mix

Add and mix the oil, egg yolks, water, vanilla, and pureed bananas to the mixer.

Mix Dry Ingredients

Combine and mix all dry ingredients and slowly add to the banana mixture.

Beat Eggs

Beat the egg whites along with the cream of tartar in a bowl.

Fold

Fold the banana and flour mixture in the egg white mixture using a spatula.

 Pour batter into a pan and make sure it's evenly distributed, then bake.
