Gluten Free Turkey Gravy

Easy 10 minute turkey gravy made gluten-free. Can be made with or without pan drippings.

Turkey Stock  Pan Drippings (optional) Potato Starch Lemon Juice Salt and Pepper

Ingredients

Reserve Pan Drippings

If using pan drippings pour into glass measuring cup and skim off fat.  

Add Stock

Add enough stock to have two full cups of drippings and stock.

Make Slurry

Whisk warm water or stock with potato starch. 

Whisk

Whisk in starch until thick. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
