Peel with Zeal
Prepare, wash and destem your greens.
Chop the large greens into 1-inch pieces and leave the small ones whole.
Sauté the diced onions and minced garlic.
Add and stir in the greens until they evenly wilt.
Add the apple cider to remove bitterness, and allow to deglaze slightly.
Remove from heat and season to taste.
