Peel and Cut

Peel and chop tomatoes and cucumbers. 

Prepare to Blend

Place some of the chopped cucumber and tomato in the blender and the other in a mixing bowl.

Blend all the puree ingredients until smooth and chill for 2 hours.

Season and Garnish
