Peel with Zeal
Mix the dry ingredients until combined.
Add the butter to the flour mixture and blend using the food processor or pastry blender.
Add the buttermilk to the flour mixture to gently form a dough.
Fold the dough, use rolling pin to flatten it, then cut it.
Reshape the dough and repeat the process.
Mix the egg yolks and brush them on top of the biscuits, then bake.
