Prepare and grease the casserole dish with butter.
Spread the swiss cheese followed by butter at the bottom of the dish.
Whisk the milk and wine together and pour them over the cheese.
Beat the eggs, salt, pepper, and mustard together. Then pour into the dish.
Pour the remaining milk-wine mixture over the egg mixture.
Bake until slightly puffed, let it rest, and garnish with chives.
