Gluten-Free Copycat Totino's Pizza Rolls

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Cut and add the butter.

Make the dough by mixing and stirring the ingredients together.

Form the dough and wrap it in plastic wrap.

Roll the dough.

Roll into a rectangle shape.

Fold one-third in.

Fold the other third.

Turn the dough to 90 degrees.

Roll into a rectangle.

Fold in one third then fold the other.

Turn to 90 degrees and repeat the process.

Cut the dough into rectangles. Add the fillings.

Fold over the edges and seal using a fork.

Brush the egg wash.

Sprinkle Italian seasoning

Bake at 375 F degrees for 13 to 15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
