Corn casserole (also called corn pudding) is easy to make gluten free.  We added chives for a fresh Spring flavor.

Butter casserole dish and preheat oven.

Mix

Whisk together the wet ingredients.

Dry Ingredients

Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine.

Add Corn

Add creamed corn, whole corn kernels, and chives.

Bake
