Fluffy blueberry pancake recipe made gluten-free with fresh blueberries and a homemade blueberry syrup. This recipe can easily be made dairy free.

Gluten-Free Cup 4 Cup Flour Buttermilk or  Oat Milk plus Lemon Juice Sugar Egg Blueberries  Baking Powder Baking Soda Kosher Salt Vanilla Extract

Dry Ingredients

Sift together the dry ingredients.

Wet

Add wet ingredients and whisk together.

Blueberries

Fold in the blueberries.

Cook

Cook in a non stick skillet or cast iron griddle.

Make the blueberry syrup (optional).
