Peel with Zeal
Melt the butter and cook the rest of the hot honey butter ingredients.
Peel the squash using a vegetable peeler.
Cut the squash in half lengthwise.
Scoop out the seeds and flesh in the center of the halved squash.
Lay the squash flat and make even cuts that are roughly ¼ inch wide.
Arrange the squash halves on the baking sheet.
Brush the squash halves with the butter mixture.
Bake it without a cover for 35 to 45 minutes and garnish when serving.
