How to Chop Green Onions

Store the green onions using a paper towel and bag or a jar with water.

Clean and wash the green onions and pat dry.

Cut the green onions into 1-2 inches.

Make thin circular cuts from top to bottom.

Hold and cut the scallions at a slight diagonal angle.

Angle the knife 10-20 degrees parallel with the onion and slice in a downward motion.
