Mix the dry ingredients: in a bowl and stir.
Add lemon juice and eggs, then pour oat milk gradually.
Form the dough into a ball using your hand with a 1/2 inch deep "X" line at the top.
Bake it at 450°F and reduce the heat along the way. Bake it until it looks golden brown.
