Ingredients

Chop

Cut the sweet potato and toss in oil and spices.

Roast

Roast the sweet potatoes until fork tender

Toast

Roast the spiced walnuts for 6 to 8 minutes. 

Combine

Mix all the dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake.

Chop and Assemble

Destem and chop the kale, and assemble the salad.
