Maple Creme Brulee

Maple creme brulee is a creamy custard with a crispy sugar topping. Salted praline pecans add extra pizazz.

Whisk Yolks

Whisk egg yolks and sugar until ribbon forms. Add maple syrup. 

Add Cream

Add cream and vanilla. Mix well.

Bake

Fill ramekins, strain to remove bubbles, bake in a water bath until center is set. 

Brulee

Sprinkle with sugar and use blow torch or broil to caramelize.

Top

Combine brown sugar, salt and pecans, toast and top with the praline pecans.
