Peel with Zeal
Boil eggs to get a hard yolk. Then cool.
Slice in half. Remove yolks Save back 4 yolks for the topping.
Mash 6 yolks and the filling ingredients together.
Divide the filling between the egg whites.
Grate the remaining yolks over the top.
