Peel with Zeal
Pat the pork chops to dry and sprinkle seasonings.
Sear the pork chops in a large skillet. Then remove and set it aside.
Cook the onions on the used pan.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the spinach. Stir and bring to a simmer.
Add the seared pork chops, then the spinach and cook until done.
