Scalloped Potatoes (No Flour!)

Scalloped potatoes are easy to make without flour. These babies are naturally gluten-free and cheesy delicious. We added roasted garlic for a sweet but savory flavor.

Butter casserole dish and preheat oven.

Slice

Peel and slice the potatoes 1/4 inch thick.

Warm

Boil the milk and cream. Add the potatoes and cook. 

Assemble

Layer the potatoes and cheese. Pour over any remaining cream.

Bake

Bake covered for 45 minutes, remove cover add remaining cheese. Cook until golden brown.
