Smoked Baby Back Ribs using 3-2-1 Method

Combine

Combine and mix the dry rub ingredients.

Spread and Sprinkle

Spread the mustard on the rib racks and sprinkle dry rubs.

Smoke

Put the seasoned ribs on the smoker and let it smoke for 3 hours.

Seal the foil with the ribs inside along with the braising liquid.

Bake

Baked the sealed ribs for 2 hours. Then pull out the meat from the foil.

Grill

Brush sauce on the ribs and place it on the grill.
