TURKEY BREAST

INGREDIENTS

Bone-In Turkey Breast  Butter Thyme Sage Rosemary  Lemon  Garlic  Salt and Pepper White Wine

BRINE

Brine the turkey breast overnight to keep it moist and juicy.  Brining infuses additional flavor without making the turkey salty.

BUTTER

Make the herb butter. Spread under loosened skin and over the top of the turkey breast. 

ROAST

Add wine to bottom of the pan. Roast at 350 degrees for 2 to 2.5 hours, until the internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
