LEMON & HERB
Brine the turkey breast overnight to keep it moist and juicy. Brining infuses additional flavor without making the turkey salty.
Make the herb butter. Spread under loosened skin and over the top of the turkey breast.
Add wine to bottom of the pan. Roast at 350 degrees for 2 to 2.5 hours, until the internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
