Wagyu burgers are a fun treat and an affordable way to try A5 Wagyu beef. We recommend topping with blue cheese, bacon, and an easy aioli.

Season

Form the patties (6 to 8oz each) and season the outside with salt and pepper.

Sear

Melt butter in cast iron skillet and sear patties for 4 minutes. Flip and cook until medium-rare or preferred temp.

Toast Buns

Toast buns in burger fat until crispy. 

Aoili

Mix together mayo, dijon, garlic, and lemon juice to make a simple aioli.

Assemble

Melt your cheese, and add toppings of choice.
