  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 c lime juice
  • 3/4 c cilantro leaves
  • 1/3 c olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • water optional


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, pulse on high until smooth
  • Salt to taste
