This easy homemade mango nectar recipe is the perfect alternative to overly sweet nectars filled with high fructose corn syrup. Ready in less than 10 minutes.
In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Over medium heat, bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and allow the simple syrup to cool.
Add mango and cooled simple syrup to a blender. Process for 30 seconds or until smooth.

Storage: Mango nectar will keep for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Or freeze for up to 3 months.Mango Juice: To make mango juice from the mango nectar concentrate dilute a ½ cup of nectar with ½ cup of water (a 1:1 ratio of mango nectar and water).
