Easy Paleo Thai "Peanut" Sauce

No cook Thai peanut sauce is perfect for grilled chicken, fish or steamed vegetables. It also includes a peanut-free Paleo option!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter sub almond butter for Paleo
  • 1 1" piece of ginger, peeled
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp tamari gluten free soy sauce
  • 1/2 lime, juice and zest
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper plus more for garnish
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend 1 minute or until smooth. Taste for heat and add more red pepper as garnish.
  • The sauce can be thinned down with luke warm water to form a dressing.
