Instructions
Using a hand mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla, cream, and salt. Mix to combine. Add the almond flour and mix until incorporated.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Eat immediately or chill for 15 minutes before digging in.

Dairy-Free Variation
Use dairy-free butter and Enjoy Life chocolate chips for gluten-free dairy-free cookie dough.
Funfetti Variation
Replace the chocolate with ¼ to ⅓ cup sprinkles.
Add ¼ cup white chocolate chips (optional).
