Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend on high for 60 to 90 seconds, or until smooth.
Add additional milk, ice, or water to the desired consistency if needed.
Notes
Meal Prep: Smoothies are best consumed within 1 hour of blending. To meal prep place all the ingredients, except the milk, in a ziptop bag and freeze. Place bag contents and milk in a blender when ready to make. Frozen fruit may require more milk and increased blending time.
