Fresh Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette
A delcious take on a classic balsamic dressing. Fresh basil adds big flavor to this homemade vinaigrette recipe. Use on your favorite salads, but we especially love it on a classic caprese salad!

Ingredients

balsamic vinegar
▢
¼
cup
fresh basil leaves
▢

cloves
garlic
▢
1
teaspoon
Dijon mustard
▢

teaspoon
honey
▢
¾
cup
extra-virgin olive oil
▢
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Add all the basil, balsamic, garlic, honey, and mustard to a blender. Pulse to combine.
Slowly stream in the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
Vegan Variation: Substitute sugar or maple for the honey.
