Creamy Thai peanut sauce made gluten-free. Perfect for traditional dishes like rice noodles and spring rolls but also use on grilled chicken, fish, or steamed vegetables.

Ingredients

peanut butter, all-natural
sub almond butter for Paleo
▢

Tablespoons
tamari gluten free soy sauce
▢

Tablespoon
rice vinegar
▢
½
lime
juice and zest
▢

1" piece
fresh ginger
peeled

cloves garlic
peeled
▢

teaspoon
crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend 1 minute or until smooth. Taste for heat and add more red pepper as needed.
The sauce can be thinned down with lukewarm water to form a dressing.
Notes
This recipe can be made up to three days in advance. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
This recipe will keep for two months in the freezer.
