Turn Harissa Seasoning Into Harissa Paste

lemon juice or red wine vinegar
or a mix of the 2

Instructions
Toast cumin and coriander in a dry small skillet over medium-low heat, tossing constantly, until very fragrant, about 3 minutes.
Transfer the spices to a spice grinder (or use a mortar and pestle). Pulse until spices are broken up. Mix with the remaining spices.
Turn Harissa Seasoning Into Harissa Paste
Mix the seasoning blend with the lemon/ vinegar and olive oil. Let sit for 20 minutes before using.
Notes
Makes ¼-1/3 cup of seasoning mix.
