Four-Ingredient Avocado Sauce (Vegan)
Tangy, tasty and simple to make. Use this vegan avocado sauce as a spread, sauce or dressing!

Ingredients

avocado

cup
lime juice
▢

cup
cilantro leaves
▢
⅓
cup
olive oil
▢
kosher salt, to taste

water

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Puree on high until smooth. About one minute. Lukewarm water can be added to thin the sauce to desired consistency.
Salt to taste.
