Dragon Fruit Salad
A fun fruit salad recipe with dragon fruit, kiwi, and pineapple. Tossed with a simple honey mint citrus dressing.

Ingredients

Dragon fruits
Peeled and sliced

Kiwis
peeled and sliced
▢

Pineapple
peeled, cored, and sliced
▢

orange
zested and juiced
▢

tablespoon
raw honey
warmed
▢

tablespoon
fresh mint
chopped
Instructions
Cut fruit to similar sizes. Combine chopped fruit in a large bowl or serving dish.
Whisk together the honey, orange zest and juice, and mint. Drizzle over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
Notes
Fruit and dressing can be made separately the day before. Toss together right before serving.
Leftover salad should be stored in the refrigerator. Consume within 24 hours. Or use in smoothies.
