Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until thick and smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour into a glass, garnish with sesame seeds, fresh strawberries, or dairy-free whip cream.
Notes
To use fresh strawberries swap out the banana for a frozen banana. See the post for more details.
