Ingredients

cup
peanut butter, all-natural
sub almond butter for Paleo

tablespoon
tamari gluten free soy sauce
gluten free soy sauce
1
tablespoon
rice vinegar
½
lime, juice and zest
1
1" piece ginger, peeled
2
cloves garlic, peeled
½
teaspoon
crushed red pepper flakes
plus more for garnish
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend 1 minute or until smooth. Taste for heat and add more red pepper as garnish.
The sauce can be thinned down with luke warm water to form a dressing.
