Garlic Butter Sauce
An effortless garlic butter sauce that is ready in minutes. The perfect sauce for serving over seafood, roasted vegetables, pasta, and steaks.

Ingredients

finely minced or grated

white wine

Instructions
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a small pan over medium low heat. Add the garlic and cook until caramelized, 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour in the wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
Turn the heat to low and whisk in butter. Season to taste with salt.
Stir in fresh parsley right before serving.
Notes
An equal amount of dry vermouth or chicken stock can be substituted for the wine. Or add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
