Equipment
Mason jar or bowl with tight fitting lid
Ingredients

slivered almonds

cup
chia seeds
1
cup
shredded coconut
½
cup
hemp hearts, hulled
½
cup
coconut milk powder
½
cup
coconut sugar, optional*

tablespoon
maca powder, gelantenized

tablespoon
flax seed, ground

teaspoon
kosher salt
Instructions
Prepare Dry Mix
Mix together all dry ingredients. Store in an airtight container until use.
Prepare Overnight Oats
Combine ½ cup of the instant overnight oats mix with ¾ cup water in a bowl or jar. Cover and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
