Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. About 90 seconds. Add milk ad needed to thin out the smoothie.
Serve immediately or keep tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to one day.
Notes
Add a scoop of protein powder, either chocolate or vanilla, if desired.
