Strawberry Avocado Smoothie
Creamy and sweet, this delicious strawberry avocado smoothie makes a nutritious breakfast or sweet snack with just a few basic ingredients.

Ingredients

frozen strawberries
▢
1
frozen banana
▢
½
avocado
▢
1
cup
almond milk, or other non-dairy milk
▢
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
▢
pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. About 90 seconds.
Serve immediately or keep tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to one day. The smoothie may discolor slightly if kept overnight.
Notes
For best results use either frozen strawberries and/or frozen bananas.
If neither the strawberries nor the banana is frozen you will need to add a handful of ice to the recipe.
