Ingredients

Schar Baguettes
or other gluten-free bread

cup
unsalted butter
softened
▢

tablespoon
minced fresh garlic
▢

tablespoon
fresh parsley, finely chopped
or 1 teaspoon dried

finely chopped fresh basil
or ½ teaspoon dried

tablespoon
finely chopped fresh oregano
or ½ teaspoon dried

kosher salt

freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Cut each bread loaf in half horizontally.
In a small mixing bowl stir together butter, garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread mixture evenly over top of the bread halves.
Place bread on baking sheet and bake in center of preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
Cut into slices and serve warm.
Notes
For a sweeter garlic flavor substitute
roasted garlic
.
Garlic bread can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 5 days. Reheat by toasting in the oven at 250 F degrees.
