Blend the ingredients together and pour over steaks. Reserve some for serving. 

Season

Remove from marinade and brush off extra. Season with salt and pepper.

Sear

Grill or sear in a preheated cast iron pan at high heat.

Rest for 5 minutes before thinly slicing. Serve with fresh marinade or other sauce.
