Mix the oil, vinegar, worcestershire, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Toss

Add the mushroom and thyme. Then, toss it with the sauce to coat.

Bake

Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet, then bake.

Deglaze and Serve

Deglaze the pan using vegetable stock. Garnish with thyme and serve.
