The classic christmas cocktail made will lots of booze, and dairy-free. We use macadamia nut milk and coconut milk for natural sweetness.

Ingredients

Spiced Rum Cognac Whiskey Eggs Honey Maple Nutmeg Cinnamon Macadamia Milk Coconut Milk Vanilla

Whisk Eggs

Whisk eggs, sweeteners, and spices until thick. 

Warm Milk

Warm both milks in a suacepan over medium heat.

Temper the Eggs

Slowly add the warm milk to the eggs, careful not to scramble them.

Add the Booze

Add the liquor and store to combine. Chill before serving.
