Cut in the butter

Use a pastry blender to cut the butter into the dry ingredients.

Make the Dough

Add the liquid and mix until a dough forms.   Chill 30 minutes.

Roll and Fold

Roll the chilled dough, fold, rotate, and repeat until smooth.  Chill 30 minutes.

Cut and Roll

Roll the dough and cut into triangle. roll the sausage.

Season and Bake

Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake  for 15 minutes at 375 F.
