Peel with Zeal
Dice your potatoes into one inch cubes. We recommend gold potatoes.
Crisp the bacon bits and then soften the onion in the bacon fat.
Add the potatoes, chicken broth, and spices, then bring it to a boil.
Puree the potato soup and add it back to the pot.
Stir in the sour cream, heavy cream, and crisp bacon.
