Gluten Free Crescent Rolls

An easy to make rough pastry dough makes a buttery, flakey, and soft crescent roll.  You won't believe it is GF.  Dairy free option too!

Ingredients

Cut in the butter

Use a pastry blender to cut the butter into the dry ingredients.

Make the Dough

Add the liquid and mix until a dough forms.  Chill 30 minutes.

Roll and Fold

Roll the chilled dough, fold, rotate, and repeat until smooth.  Chill 30 minutes.

Form and Proof

Roll out the dough, cut triangles and roll into crescent shapes. Proof the dough for 1 hour.

Bake

Bake at 400 F degrees for 12 minutes.
