Ingredients
1cupmayonnaise
1cupfreshly grated parmesan cheese
⅓cupminced shallotor sweet onion
1loafFrench breadregular or gluten-free
2Tablespoonsminced fresh chivesfor garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together the mayo, cheese, and onion. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Slice the bread into thin slices. Top each slice with a scoop of the parmesan cheese mixtures and spread out evenly. Place on a baking sheet.
