mild, medium or hot

Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until the beef is browned, about 5-7 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks.
Drain excess fat. Add the spices and mix well to coat the beef. Cook for 1 minute longer.
Add the cubed Velveeta cheese and salsa. Stir constantly until cheese is melted and well incorporated, about 2-3 minutes.
Transfer melted cheese dip to a slow cooker or oven-safe dish to keep warm for serving.
Notes
Skip the spices and add 2 tablespoons taco seasoning, low sodium recommended.
Make this recipe 2 to 3 days in advance. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Reheat over low heat or in a crockpot.
