This creamy lemon garlic white bean dip is a quick and easy appetizer made with canned white beans, fresh lemon juice, and olive oil. Finished with a warm honey garlic drizzle, this homemade bean dip is smooth, flavorful, and perfect for entertaining or everyday snacking. Makes about 1½ cups.
Add the white beans, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
If needed, add water, one tablespoon at a time, and blend until the dip reaches a smooth, scoopable consistency.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until lightly golden and crisp. Remove from heat, then stir in the honey and red pepper flakes.
Spread the dip into a shallow bowl. Spoon the warm garlic honey oil over the top and finish with fresh herbs.
