1 ¾cupheavy cream
2sprigsfresh thyme
3ouncesgorgonzola crumbled
¼teaspoonground nutmeg
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, add heavy cream and thyme. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally and allow the mixture to thicken. It should recue by ⅓.
Remove the pan from the heat and discard the thyme. Stir in the cheese and nutmeg until melted. Taste for salt and pepper.
