Crispy Salami chips with whipped honey ricotta make the perfect bite-sized appetizer. It's a combination of sweet, savory, and spicy, making each bite just incredibly delicious.
Preheat oven to 375 F degrees. Lay the salami out on a sheet pan in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes until the edges are crisp. Drain on a paper towel.
While the salami is baking, place the ricotta in a small food processor (or use a handheld mixer) and process until smooth. About 2 minutes, there may be a few small lumps.
Place the salami crisps on your serving platter. Top with a dollap of whipped ricotta cheese. Mix the hot sauce and honey and drizzle over the honey. Sprinkle with chives.
Notes
You can also use storebought hot honey instead of making your own.
Serve at room temperature.
