Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a ramekin (5 ounce or similar size).
In a small mixing bowl whisk milk, egg, vanilla, and syrup until well combined.
Sprinkle over the remaining ingredients and stir until fully combined. pour into baking dish.
Bake for 20-22 minutes or until set and golden brown on top. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 10-12 minutes, until set and golden on top.
